The only teenage girl in the school is our little Japanese girl, Shiori! But she persists in denying it, she thinks she is an “adult”. Since she arrived here we do not think she has improved her speaking skills. She has made some progress however since Stefano arrived because they had three arguments per week. We also think that she is crazy because she is the only one who would wake up at 4.00 a.m. to queue in front of HMV store to be the first to buy the newest movie of Harry Potter just for a freaking poster and then throw away the DVD. Even more, she would be the only one to go to Brighton to see a gig at night without checking the train timetables to come back home, so she had to take a taxi back to Hastings.
We can’t imagine Stefano without an iPhone. Obviously, his favourite place is London because every weekend he goes to London instead of staying in Hastings. He is so funny and energetic and he likes arguing about whales with Shiori. Also, he likes bothering Marta about her pronunciation, especially “Yes (Jes)”. He will deliver your stationery using his mouth because he is a pelican! Probably he was a cat in his previous life because sometimes he makes some sounds like “miaow”.

Ania: “Marta?”
Class “Present”
“Shiori?”
“Present”
“Stefano?”
“Present”
“Ravin?” “Ravin?”
“He’s on holiday!”
“AGAIN?”
The truth is that our Korean student is on holiday more than in class and he prefers to do his 100 pages of homework when he is in the gym running. We discovered that he is really keen on cooking, his speciality is plain toast in the morning, sandwich at lunch and in the evening? Ehm … if he is lucky, salad with bread - that’s why he decided to leave his host family. Also, he’s an electronic engineer because he can fix every kind of electronic device maybe because he is Korean or is he just a genius?
These profiles were written by Shiori, Ravin, Marta and Stefano about each other and are not to be taken seriously.
